The Fashion One Television Network selects British Fashion Correspondent

January 3, 2013 – Fashion One is set to launch the six episode original series titled Fashion Correspondent Search: London. The television series seeks to find the on-the-ground fashion savvy personality that will host fashion and lifestyle events in their hometown of London for the network. With numerous casting hopefuls, only nine qualify for a chance to compete and become Fashion One’s London correspondent.

“We are heading to the fashion capitals of the world in search of the perfect fashion correspondent to represent the network, and this year we set our eye on London with the launch of the channel in the United Kingdom. London is a city bustling with world-class events in fashion, entertainment and music everyday. The Fashion One Correspondent winner will have the ability to interview high-end designers and names in the fashion and entertainment world, delivering top quality reports to audiences in the UK and worldwide,” Ashley Jordan, CEO of Fashion One.

Fashion One Correspondent Search: London will be presented by the gorgeous Antonia O’Brien (of ITV fame), and she will be joined by Norwegian designer Fam Irvoll and pop couture poster-boy and fashion creative Nik Thakkar. “The girls are a great representation of what makes London so fantastically unique; they're a great mix of the fashion-forward, the chic, the retro and the romantic. This series is in the fashion capital of the world - where else could be better?” Antonia boasts.

Fashion One Correspondent Search: London will have a 2-part episode premiering on January 29, 2013 and will be shown every Tuesday at 9:00pm in UK and 10:30pm for other regions (GMT+8 for Asia / GMT+2 for Africa and rest of Europe).

Fashion One Correspondent Search: London is a Fashion One original programme.
