Lana Del Ray for Vogue Italia August 2012

Still hot from her H&M lookbook praise, the lovely Lana Del Ray stunned us again with her editorial in Vogue Italia. The August 2012 issue highlighted Del Rey in vintage glamour, surrounded by lavish retro hotel settings. Ellen Von Unwerth captured the American beauty in flirty cocktail dresses styled by Vogue Italia’s fashion editor Cathy Kasterine. The wardrobe selected included high fashion brands Dior, DSquared2 and Valentino. These designs were paired with statement piece collars, bangles and rings, all encrusted in jewels fit for a princess. Del Ray’s signature voluminous waves made an ideal addition to her red-orange manicure and stellar platform mary janes pictured in the editorial.
