Chanel Cruise Collection 2012/13

Haute couture fashion empire, Chanel, debuted their Cruise Collection for the 2012/13 season. The brand’s creative director, Karl Lagerfeld, photographed and styled the British beauty, Cara Delevingne, for the latest collection lookbook. It’s filled with pastel hues in icy blue, pink, and lavender. These ultra-cool shades are also spread onto blunt-cut bobs with short bangs as well as eye- and lip-color palettes. Delevingne wears extreme wide-leg pants and peplum jackets made from Chanel’s signature fabric. In addition, skirts have added hip fullness and layers of soft ruffles. The use of platform sneakers and black leather jackets gives a punk edge to the 18th century/Marie Antoinette reminiscent apparel.
